The Sarajevo Theatre Showcase (STS) is excited to announce the open call for the Industry Pitch, a dynamic platform designed to support and amplify emerging voices in Southeast European theater.
The Industry Pitch offers selected participants a unique opportunity to present their new and innovative projects to an audience of producers, festival programmers, and industry professionals. This platform provides visibility and potential support for development, co-production, and touring opportunities.
With a special focus on underrepresented voices, experimental storytelling, and socially engaged themes, the Industry Pitch seeks to push the boundaries of contemporary theater and foster connections between emerging theater makers and key decision-makers.
Applications must be submitted by the project’s producer or director.

Eligible countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro.
Eligible projects may include:
New original theatre projects in development
Interdisciplinary performances combining theater with other media
Documentary or socially engaged theater projects
Experimental, site-specific, or digital theater formats
Important: Selected participants will pitch their projects in a structured, time-limited format to an invited audience of theater professionals, funders, and programmers during the Sarajevo Theatre Showcase.How to Apply?
